These headboard brackets allow you to attach an adjustable bed headboard to one of our bed frames. They can be used to connect the Reverie 3E Adjustable Base™ and 3E™ head-up only adjustable foundations to most standard headboards.
Also compatible with 2EM, 3E, 3EM, 3EMT, 3E Tech, 4M, 4MM-Purple®, Costco® 8X, and R450HT
