Mattress Warranty Photos

Hello,

We created this page to assist you with your mattress warranty claim. Getting the right photos the first time can speed up the process immensely.

All manufacturers will require you to submit photos to support your claim.

The requirements are fairly consistent across the board, using this guide will help you satisfy their process more quickly.

BEFORE YOU START

You will need to remove any bedding, pillows and mattress protectors from your mattress

Get a yard stick or broom handle to assist with illustration

Turn on all the lights and open curtains - pictures are best taken in bright lighting situations

Have a tape measure handy

WHAT PHOTOS ARE REQUIRED

Generally speaking the following will be required as a minimum:

- A clear photo of the law-tag (sewn into the mattress starting with the words DO NOT REMOVE UNDER PENALTY OF LAW)

- A full length photo from above - taken from the foot of the bed

- A clear photo of the foundation supporting your bed - Box Spring, Platform, or Adjustable Bed (remove the mattress so the support can clearly be seen)

- Clear documentation of the issues you need help with. See the photos below on what to do.

Remember its ok to submit more photos than the minimum. The clearer an issue is, the faster it will be resolved.

Getting in too close can obscure the details required.
